Where do you ship to?
I currently ship to the following places:
- UK & Ireland
- US & Canada
- Australia
- Europe: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
When will my plushie be shipped?
Your plushie will be shipped 1-3 working days after purchase.
How long does shipping take?
It very much depends on where you live! I use Royal Mail to ship all packages and these are the delivery times stated on their website:
- UK: 2-3 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of World: 6-7 business days
Please remember that these are guideline times and there may be delays due to customs (which are unfortunately out of my control!)
Orders
Do you do custom orders?
I am not taking orders for custom or made-to-order plushies at the moment.
When will I receive my PDF pattern?
Please be aware PDF patterns are sent manually. Your pattern will be with you within 24 hours (please don't foget to check your junk mail folder just in case it ends up there!)
Returns
What is your returns/exchange policy?
As a small business, I ask you to please consider your plushie selection carefully as refunds or exchanges cannot be given if you change your mind.
If you receive an item which has been damaged through the postal process then please contact me here to get in touch so we can discuss next steps.
Can I return a pattern?
Due to the digital nature of my patterns, once it's sent, a pattern cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Crochet patterns
Can I sell the items I've made using your patterns?
Absolutely!
If you are selling items made from my patterns or sharing them on social media, please credit me, Cosy Crochet by Tasha, as the pattern creator and tag me on Instagram as @cosycrochetbytasha.
What terminology do you use for your patterns?
All of my crochet patterns are written using US terminology.
What do you mean by crochet pattern?
A crochet pattern is for those who want to make their own version of my plushie design. It includes detailed instructions on how to make the plushie for yourself!
Please note that the patterns do not teach you to crochet! You need to already know how to crochet before following one of my patterns!
Can I copy, re-use or re-distribute your pattern to someone else?
Please don't copy, share, sell, recreate or distribute this pattern or my photos in any form. My crochet patterns are my intellectual property and how I support my family.
