Order not received?

Physical items

Depending on your location and the time of year, physical items can take multiple weeks to be delivered. Orders are sent within 3 working days, but they can take much longer to arrive (especially if they get caught up in customs!)

Please regularly check the tracking link from your 'order dispatched' email.

If there are additional fees to be paid (e.g. for customs) then it is your responsibility to complete this, which will be required before delivery. If you have not received your item, and are unclear on the status of your order after reviewing your tracking information, please get in touch and so I can help.

Digital items (PDF patterns)

PDF patterns are manually sent after your order is completed. This should always happen within 24 hours, but is typically much faster.

If 24 hours have passed and you have not received an email containing your download link, please check the following:

  • Has your email been sent to a 'spam' or 'junk' folder?
    Please ensure you check all areas of your inbox.

  • Is your inbox full?
    Check you can receive other emails, and try deleting old messages to ensure new ones can arrive.

  • Did you receive an initial order confirmation email?
    If not, it could mean there was a typo in your provided email address.

Please use the form below to contact me if you are unable to find your PDF order after reviewing the above points. If possible, please provide two email addresses so that I can contact you if the first email address provided is unable to receive my messages.
